Those hot summernights...

Its so hot here.. nearly 28 degrees even though its after 21 in the evening. And the sun is still up. I just love long Swedish summer evenings. Especially when they are sunny.. somehow it is not as much fun that the sky is bright at 23 when it is raining cats & dogs.

Friday tomorrow, YES! Let us hope that the good weather keeps going until the weekend.. You can never be sure about the Swedish summer.. it can be as good as this, but it can also be as bad as 12 degrees and windy. I guess that makes the excitement over the good days even bigger.. even though it is a bit TOO hot for the moment.... I should go and have a cold shower...

The color of the cup

The first coffee of the day is standing on the right of my mouse pad. Now let us just hope that there won't be too many customers calling during the first 20 minutes so that the coffee will be cold when i finally get a chance to drink it. I grabbed a grey cup today. Should have taken the pink one instead.. for some reason it feels like a better start of the day! I am totally convinced that the color & design of the cup affects the taste of the coffee.. So, for 10 o clock coffee, pink it is! :-)

After lunch - tiredness

Usually ocurring half-an-hour after lunch.. especially when eating something greasy (or as a friend of mine's boyfriend put it: pizza coma...).. The 15:00-"fika" (Swedish word.. requires long explanation so i just leave it at this for the moment) feels like years away... *coffee coffee coffee* There is actually nothing that stops me from walking over to the coffee machine right now and get some but that will ruin the afternoon-excitement... I'll just go and refill my glass of water instead.. Yahoo...

Coffee time

She looked out the window at the noisy seagulls... the cloudy sky. The time was 8 minutes past 15 so it was definitely time for a cup of coffee.
